Announcement PDF ASX ANNOUNCEMENT: ASX: DAL 25 November 2025 Board Changes __________________________________________________________________________________ Dalaroo Metals Ltd (ASX: DAL, “Dalaroo” or “Company”) advises that Mr David Quinlivan’s resignation as Chair and Non-Executive Director, which was previously announced to the market, took effect at the conclusion of the Company’s Annual General Meeting. David has served on the Board since the IPO and the Company reiterates its sincere thanks for his leadership, guidance and commitment over this period. The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Tim Wither as a Non-Executive Director, effective from the close of the Annual General Meeting. Tim is a highly experienced mining executive with more than 25 years of operational and corporate experience across Australia, Africa, South America and India. His background includes senior leadership positions such as Managing Director of Maximus Resources, Managing Director of Symbol Mining in Nigeria, Group Mining Manager at Avanco Resources in Brazil, and senior operational roles with Discovery Metals, Western Desert Resources, and Sons of Gwalia. Tim has extensive experience in mine development, feasibility studies, strategic planning, corporate transactions, stakeholder engagement and capital raisings, as well as the execution and management of major commercial contracts across gold, nickel, lithium, copper, zinc, lead and iron ore projects. Tim holds an MBA from Curtin Graduate School of Business (with distinction), a Graduate Diploma in Natural Resource Law, and is currently undertaking a Masters in Commercial and Resources Law at the University of Western Australia. He also holds a Graduate Diploma of Mining and a Bachelor of Science in Mine Engineering and Surveying, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is a member of AusIMM. Tim is active in professional and community roles, including serving on the WA Committee of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and several Not for Profit community boards.
