Major 2.5km Gold Drill Target Defined – Bondoukou Project, Côte d’Ivoire
Dalaroo Metals (ASX: DAL) has defined a significant 2.5km long and up to 400m wide structurally controlled gold corridor at the Goldridge Prospect within the Bondoukou Project, Côte d’Ivoire . The target forms part of a broader ~9.5km gold anomalous trend identified through integrated geological mapping, structural interpretation, rock-chip geochemistry and aeromagnetic data.
Rock-chip sampling returned assays of up to 17.95 g/t Au, with mineralisation associated with quartz veining and coincident with extensive artisanal workings, confirming a large-scale orogenic gold system. Structural analysis indicates mineralisation is controlled along a fold-limb and hinge zone setting, a key feature of major Birimian gold deposits.
The Goldridge target represents a high-priority drill-ready opportunity, with systematic soil geochemistry currently underway and follow-up trenching, auger drilling and initial RC drilling planned. Importantly, the defined corridor represents only a portion of a larger mineralised system, highlighting strong potential for district-scale discovery.
